Refund Info

Our return policy allows you to return an item within 30 days of receiving it.

To return a product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with any tags and in its original packaging. Receipts or proof of purchase must also be included.

If you wish to proceed with a return please contact us at sales@jokerjigsandlures.co.uk  Please attach the order confirmation email that was originally sent from us.

In the event that your return is approved, you will be responsible for returning the items to us. You are liable for the costs of returning the goods and for ensuring that they are returned to us in the same condition you received them. The costs of returning an item are not reimbursed to you. We will provide you with the correct address to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return we’ll inform you if approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than two weeks have passed since we approved your return, please feel free to contact us at sales@jokerjigsandlures.co.uk.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product/s, please contact us at sales@jokerjigsandlures.co.uk.  and then return the item/s to the address we supply. Once the return is accepted by us, we can proceed with the exchange request.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will then consider and offer an appropriate solution..
